We support people with learning disabilities, brain injuries, mental health needs, autism and complex conditions—always with a focus on independence, dignity and quality of life.

At Retons Care, we’ve been delivering personalised support since 2011. As a family-run provider, we’ve grown through strong relationships with local authorities, NHS teams and community partners who trust us to deliver care that feels personal, dependable and thoughtful.

Our supported living team works closely with individuals to help them live confidently and independently. Whether that means support with daily routines, finding purpose through work or education, or simply building confidence in their own space, we’re here for what matters most.

We offer a range of services including supported accommodation, community outreach and respite care — all shaped around the goals of the people we support.

Our care professionals are carefully selected and trained in-house. We focus not just on skills, but on attitude and empathy, making sure everyone who joins Retons Care shares our belief in doing the right thing, the right way, every time.

Our Partnerships

At Retons Care, we work in close partnership with local authorities, housing providers and health teams to deliver high-quality support in the heart of the community. Our focus is always on delivering care that is thoughtful, flexible and genuinely makes a difference.

We currently operate two supported living properties in Abbeywood and Gravesend, both carefully developed to offer safe, comfortable and person-centred accommodation. These settings are designed to help people live with greater independence while still receiving the support they need.

As a growing provider, we’re open to expanding where there is genuine demand. We work closely with commissioners and local professionals to explore new opportunities and make sure our services continue to meet the evolving needs of the people we support.

Whether it’s through supported living, outreach, or short-term care, our aim is simple: to work together to create better outcomes for individuals and communities alike.

Team Training

At Retons Care, we take training seriously. All our support staff receive in-depth, specialist training to ensure they can provide thoughtful, consistent care in even the most complex situations.

Our team is equipped to support people with a range of needs, including managing behaviours that challenge, understanding trauma-informed approaches, and using positive behaviour support strategies. We also provide training in safe de-escalation, alternative communication techniques, and building trust through calm and consistent support.

In addition, our staff are trained to support people experiencing mental health challenges, with a focus on listening with empathy, understanding emotional needs, and offering safe, respectful responses in times of crisis.

Community Hub

At Retons Care, we believe that feeling part of a community can make all the difference. That’s why we work closely with the people we support to create meaningful, everyday opportunities to grow, connect, and thrive.
