02What does it mean to be regulated by the Care Quality Commission?
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent body that regulates health and social care services in England. They carry out regular inspections to check that providers like us are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
Retons Care is fully regulated by the CQC and proudly rated Good. That means you can trust that we meet high standards and deliver quality care that puts people first.
03What areas do you cover?
We provide care services across London, Kent and nearby regions, including live-in care, daily home visits and supported living within our own properties.

04How does care work?
Starting care with Retons is simple and stress-free. We’ll begin with a friendly chat to understand your needs, followed by a free, no-obligation care assessment to work out what level of support is right for you.
When your care begins, your dedicated Care Coordinator will be there on day one and stay in touch throughout your journey. From the very start, we’ll make sure you feel informed, supported and in safe hands—with care that’s rated Good by the CQC.
