Retons Care is a trusted, family-run provider that’s been delivering affordable, high-quality care since 2011. Our partnerships with the public sector are built on collaboration, understanding, and a shared commitment to putting people first.

Our public sector partners trust us to deliver flexible, person-centred care that meets outcomes, supports communities, and stays within budget.
At Retons Care, we provide tailored, cost-effective solutions that are built around the needs of each partner and the people they support. Our approach is collaborative, transparent, and rooted in delivering quality at every stage.
We work with a range of public sector organisations, including local authorities, NHS trusts, and housing providers, delivering everything from live-in care and home visits to supported living and more. Our services are designed to be joined-up, responsive, and aligned with commissioning goals.
In addition to direct care services, we also support partners with training, recruitment, and workforce development—helping strengthen the sector as a whole.

Working in partnership with you
We support partners with flexible, tailored care solutions. From individual placements to larger-scale support, we provide services like discharge-to-assess, reablement, respite care, and community-focused projects—all designed around your needs and the people you serve.
Some partnerships involve longer-term arrangements, such as delivering care in supported living settings. We help partners increase capacity, deliver results, and stay within budget through practical, cost-effective solutions.
We work closely with each organisation to improve outcomes for the people we support. That might mean helping someone return home from hospital sooner, regain confidence, or develop the skills they need to live more independently.
Our teams are experienced and highly trained in delivering specialist care. This includes support for people living with dementia, learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, mental health conditions, autism, and life-limiting illnesses.

Our services

Home Care
Retons Care works in partnership with local authorities, NHS bodies and other organisations to deliver flexible home care. We’re trusted for our ability to respond quickly and reliably, offering both ongoing and short-term packages on a spot, block or project basis. Our teams often support with hospital discharge, helping people return home safely and with the right care in place.

Live-in Care
Our live-in care specialists offer tailored support across a range of needs. From traditional full-time care at home to enhanced support that includes reablement, discharge planning and end-of-life care, our service is designed around each person. While we help people live comfortably in familiar surroundings, we also offer cost-effective solutions that help partners improve care outcomes and make budgets go further.

Supported Living
We work alongside families, local authorities and partners to support people living with learning disabilities, brain injuries, mental health conditions, autism or long-term illnesses. Our aim is to help each person live as independently as possible, with the right support in place. That might include supported living, outreach, day services, respite care and more.

In House Training
At Retons Care, all training is delivered by our own expert team. We provide dedicated learning and development programmes in social care, including mandatory training, apprenticeships, and skills development. Our training ensures staff are well-prepared to deliver safe, compassionate and effective care, and we work with partners to support workforce growth and long-term career pathways.
